Partner Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Start: immediately | Location: Germany | Full-time


Become part of the Innoactive family and join our team to enable our enterprise customers to create and deploy VR training apps faster and easier than today, so they can provide more effective training to their employees. For the further development of the platform we are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic Full Stack Developer.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understand our market, our products, and their reselling value

  • Develop and implement partner strategy and partner program

  • Proactively identify and acquire new partners in different partner segments (resellers, VARs, SIs, OEMs, etc.) and regions

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to qualify inbound partners

  • Build up trusting relationships and enable our partners in order to make them successful

  • Continuously measure, present and improve partner performance

  • Travel to partners (approx. 20-30% of the time after Corona)
     

Qualification

  • Proven track-record of directly managing partners

  • 3-5+ years of experience with building and strengthening partner relationships at all levels

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business field

  • Experience with CRM systems and basic understanding of sales process

  • Broad business understanding and ability to grasp complex problems related to business strategies, value propositions, and incentives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – German is a plus

  • High self-organization skills with strong attention to detail

  • Growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
